摘要：摘要：2004年《信托业法案》修改后，日本经营信托公司的成立目的在于拓展信托业的经营领域，自从2005年第一个企业取得 经营许可证后，已经有18个机构开始运作了。日本的管理信托公司已经发展成为以不动产管理、资产保全、资产继承为主要业务、 以信托业和佣金为主要收入来源、以专业为主要经营方式的企业。但由于信贷业的规模有限，其运营状况并不尽如人意。从日本 经营信托公司发展的情况来看，目前我国信托业的资金基础尚不健全，大部分都是刚开始经营的企业，短期内向商业经营企业转 变是不现实的。
Abstract: After the revision of the Trust Industry Act in 2004, the establishment of operating trust companies in Japan is to expand the business field of the trust industry. Since the first enterprise obtained the business license in 2005,18 institutions have started to operate. Management trust companies in Japan have developed into enterprises with real estate management, asset preservation and asset inheritance as the main business, trust industry and commission as the main source of income, and professional as the main mode of operation. But due to the limited size of the credit industry, its operations are not satisfactory. From the perspective of the development of operating trust companies in Japan, the capital foundation of China's trust industry is not sound at present, and most of them are just started enterprises. It is unrealistic to change to commercial enterprises in a short time.
