基于预期的上市公司高管激励相容薪酬契约模型研究

摘要:本文通过综合分析多篇关于 CEO 激励、公司治理、高管团队异质性和非营利组织治理等方面的研究文献,总结了相关研
究的结论和启示。研究表明,高管的个人动机和期望是制定激励契约的重要考虑因素。激励契约应与公司的业绩和发展目标相匹配,
并应考虑外部环境的影响。此外,高管激励契约设计应注重长期绩效和可持续发展。研究还指出了模型的局限性,提出了未来研
究的拓展方向。
