This book first introduces the history of western sinology translation from the 16th to the 18th centuries from a macro perspective, and then details the Spanish translation and dissemination history of the first Chinese book translated to the West, "Mingxin Baojian". On this basis, the functional text analysis model and the multicultural system theory have been used to conduct a comparative analysis of its two Spanish versions, and summarized the many social, historical, economic and cultural factors that affected Spanish sinology translation from the 16th to the 18th century, in order to It provides a reference for thinking about the Spanish translation of contemporary Chinese traditional classics.
