摘要：【摘要】：文章结合当前我国中学班主任管理工作的实际情况，对如何提高班主任的素质、加强师生交流、改进管理方式等问题进行了探讨。
Abstract: Combined with the actual situation of the current management of middle school class teachersin China, this article discusses how to improve the quality of class teachers,strengthen teacher-student exchanges, and improve management methods.
