摘要：【摘 要】：随着素质教育的发展，教育的内容逐步由理论化走向实用化，这就要求学校管理者要把教育和管理有机地结合起来，相互渗透、相互依存。高校思想政治教育与学生管理工作是相互促进的，因此，教师要在管理中充分发挥学生的主体性，加强对学生的管理。文章通过对大学生思想政治工作的研究，为今后加强思想政治工作的管理工作奠定了理论依据。
Abstract:With the development of quality education, the content of education gradually changes from theoretical to practical, which requires school administrators to combine education and management organically, permeate and depend on each other. The ideological and political education and student management in colleges and universities promote each other. Therefore, teachers should give full play to students'subjectivity and strengthen the management of students. Through the study of the ideological and political work of college students, the paper lays a theoretical basis for strengthening the management of ideological and political work in the future.
