摘要：摘要：新加坡是东南亚快速崛起的现代化国家，国家治理兼具东西方特色，其中具有儒家文化特色的亚洲价值观在新加坡的公共管理卓有成效，引起世界各国的关注和学习，儒家文化的公共治理政策成为新加坡管理的亮点，其中组屋制度成为其重要组成部分，本文以组星制度体现的儒家文化为切入点进行总结分析，根据笔者在新加坡研学期间调查研究掌握的线索和资料，寻找儒家文化在公共管理上带来的启示。
Abstract: Singapore is the rapid rise of modern countries in southeast Asia, national governance and east and west characteristics, with the characteristics of Confucian culture of Asian values in Singapore fruitful public management, cause the attention of countries around the
world and learning. Confucian cultural public governance policy become the highlight of Singapore management, including HDB system has
become its important duty. In this paper, we summarize and analyze the Confucian culture reflected in the HDB system as the starting point, and according to the clues and materials mastered by the author during his research period in Singapore, we find the enlightenment brought by the Confucian culture in public management.
