摘要：摘要：随着中国政府持续加大对我国农业技术合作的力度和力度，我国目前还在发展中的农业技术合作平台的构建也面临着严峻的考验。借鉴国外建立的经验，从经营的创新视角思考南亚东南亚地区的农业技术辐射枢纽的发展，对建立国际农业技术协作的模式具有一定的借鉴意义。建立跨国农业合作平台需要建立稳固和竞争性并存的战略和组织结构，需要多样化和具体的部门功能加强平台合作机制的内部协同明确监管措施、人才挖掘需调动成员力量拓宽信息渠道、成果转化需构建风险管理保障合作利益。加强国际合作合作体制，需要加强顶层设计，制订专项规划布局，调整组织结构，加强务实合作、提升服务环境优化合作网络路低风险、挖掘新载体发展跨境农业产业服务民生、厚积薄发推进跨境农业合作转型。
