摘要：As the blood of the industrial economy,oil is clearly a strategic commodity that holds an extremely important
and unique position in economic development and international competition;As a fundamental energy product,oil currently
accounts for about 40%of global energy consumption,and its price changes affect every aspect of the economy.In fact,the
significant fluctuations in oil prices,especially the sustained rise,have been regarded as a significant negative factor that can
significantly affect global inflation and economic development.As an emerging Asia,the internal contradiction between oil
supply and demand is particularly prominent,and existing coping strategies and cooperation frameworks are no longer able
to cope with the reality of sustained high oil prices.Therefore,for Asian energy demand countries,it is crucial to establish an
energy cooperation mechanism and participate in the game to represent a complete market pricing recipient status.
