The Hundred Languages of Children: Reggio Emilia Early Childhood Education Philosophy and Practice in Italy

摘要:This research summary explores the main findings of the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education.
It highlights the importance of a child-centered approach, collaborative learning, the role of the environment, and the use of
documentation as assessment. The findings emphasize the effectiveness of the Reggio Emilia approach in promoting active
engagement, social interaction, supportive learning environments, and holistic assessment practices. Recommendations for
future research include longitudinal studies, teacher training, parent and community engagement, cultural adaptation, and
sustainability education.
