摘要:This study investigates the relationships between digital transformation, dynamic capabilities, and organizational performance. The findings reveal a significant and positive relationship between digital transformation and organizational performance, highlighting the importance of embracing digital initiatives. Additionally, dynamic capabilities play a mediating role in this relationship, emphasizing the need for organizations to develop and leverage their adaptive abilities. However, it is essential to consider the limitations of this study, such as the specific context and cross-sectional design. Future research should explore longitudinal studies, cross-industry comparisons, and objective measures to further understand these relationships. Qualitative research can provide deeper insights into the processes and challenges associated with digital transformation and dynamic capabilities. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the importance of digital transformation and dynamic capabilities for organizational performance.
