摘要:In higher education, football education faces challenges such as low student engagement and suboptimal teaching methods. This study explores the effectiveness of flipped classroom teaching in college-level football education. Flipped classroom teaching reverses traditional methods, emphasizing pre-class independent study and in-class interactions. Through experimental research, we assess its impact on student learning experiences and outcomes, aiming to enhance the quality of football education.
