摘要：The integration of science and education between scientific research institutes and universities is a new model of collaborative education of science and education. Based on the perspectives of organizational synergy, teaching synergy, resource synergy and overall synergy of strategic management theory, this paper proposes to deepen and innovate the cooperation mechanism between science and education: establish a model of integration of science and education, stimulate the motivation of school-institute co-governance, optimize education and teaching methods to promote deep learning, improve teachers' innovation ability, and form a path of science and education integration and collaborative education with local university characteristics.
