摘要:This paper examines the critical role of cultural integration in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&As), with a focus on the strategic acquisition of Volvo by Geely. Through a qualitative and quantitative analysis, the study identifies key challenges and strategies for successful integration, emphasizing the importance of communication, leadership, and employee engagement. The findings suggest that a well-planned cultural integration strategy can lead to improved employee satisfaction, reduced turnover, and increased revenue growth, thereby enhancing the long-term success of the M&A.
