摘要:This paper examines the critical role of economic management system reform in the strategic planning of new urbanization. Through a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of economic indicators and qualitative case studies, the research identifies the challenges and opportunities inherent in urbanization. Key findings indicate a strong correlation between effective economic policies and sustainable urban growth. The study also reveals the importance of stakeholder engagement, policy adaptability, and environmental sustainability in the urbanization process. A risk assessment matrix is presented to prioritize and mitigate potential risks associated with reform.
