摘要:The COVID-19 pandemic has acted as a catalyst for the reevaluation and reconstruction of global supply chains, particularly within the medical supplies sector. This study examines the strategies and practices adopted by companies to enhance the resilience and agility of their supply chains in response to the unprecedented disruptions caused by the pandemic. Through a series of case studies, we identify key themes, including the importance of geographical diversification, the adoption of advanced technologies for real-time monitoring and predictive analytics, and the strengthening of collaborative networks with supply chain partners. The paper also discusses the role of data-driven decision-making in optimizing inventory management and the significance of proactive risk assessment in building robust supply chains. The findings suggest that companies which successfully navigated the crisis did so by embracing flexibility, leveraging technology, and prioritizing supply chain resilience. The study concludes with policy recommendations aimed at supporting supply chain robustness and a research outlook that highlights areas for further investigation.
