摘要：This literature review examines the research findings and perspectives on general enrollment system reforms in higher education. The selected studies analyze the evolution of enrollment policies, assess their impact on educational institutions, and identify challenges and opportunities in implementing such reforms. The comparative study approach provides insights into the effectiveness of different enrollment systems and explores strategies for addressing educational disparities and promoting student well-being. Key themes include standardized criteria and individuality balance, technology integration, collaboration, talent development, and student mental health support. The findings contribute to the ongoing discussions and future development of general enrollment system reforms.
