摘要:创作不仅是艺术的表现形式,更是一种心理疗愈和自我探索的手段。创作过程中,个体通过主动参与和表达性艺术创作,进行反思、表达和叙述,重新构建自我认知,不断拓展心理韧性度,重新定义自我角色,成为自己生活的主角。本文聚焦探讨创作在情感调节、自我认同以及心理治疗中的应用与意义方面的实践应用与意义。
